Company Purpose

Schaffung und dauernde Erhaltung einer Stätte der Begegnung (eines Stammlokals) für die Mitglieder des Schützenvereins Schweizerischer Studierender (SSS) und des Altherrenverbandes des SSS (AHV) durch Erwerb und Betrieb einer geeigneten Liegenschaft in Zürich. Zur Erreichung dieses Zweckes beabsichtigt die Gesellschaft, in den zwischen den in den Statuten genannten Parteien am 27.5.1982 abgeschlossenen Kaufvertrag über die Liegenschaft, bekannt unter dem Namen "Zun Drei Stuben", Kat.Nr. 328, Plan 4, Grundbuch Unterstrass Blatt 314, im Quartier Zürich-Unterstrass, mit einem Kaufpreis von CHF 950'000.-- einzutreten und am bestehenden Gebäude die notwendigen Bauarbeiten durchzuführen. Sie wird die vorerwähnte Liegenschaft und den Restaurationsbetrieb nach kommerziellen Grundsätzen bewirtschaften, wobei der Charakter einer Quartierwirtschaft erhalten werden soll.
