Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihrer Mitglieder preiswerten und gesunden Wohnraum zu verschaffen, zu erhalten und die Genossenschaftsidee und somit das Zusammenleben verschiedner Gesellschaftsgruppen und Einzelpersonen im Sinne gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und gegenseitiger Solidarität zu fördern. Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: Erwerb von Bauland, Baurechten und bestehenden Wohnhäusern; Erstellen von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern sowie Häusern mit geringen Gewerbeanteil; Zweckentsprechenden zeitgemässen Unterhalt der bestehenden Bauten; Förderung von genossenschaftlichen Aktivitäten in den Kolonien; Beteiligung an Bauvorhaben anderer Baugenossenschaften oder der öffentlichen Hand.
