Company Purpose
Unterstützt im wirtschaftlichen Interesse ihrer Mitglieder die Produktion, die Verarbeitung und den Verkauf von einheimischen Fleischprodukten. Sie ist im speziellen verantwortlich für das Schlachten der Tiere, fördert den Verkauf der Produkte, koordiniert durch entsprechende Information Angebot und Nachfrage innerhalb und ausserhalb der Region, garantiert eine separate Verarbeitung von Tieren aus biologischen Betrieben, erstellt eine Schlachtanlage, die allen Vorschriften von Bund und Kanton bezüglich Hausschlachtungen und Verkauf von Fleischprodukten erfüllt und kann je nach Bedarf ihre Aktivitäten auf andere Sektoren ausweiten.
