Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Förderung der Ausbildung der Schreinerlehrlinge, insbesondere die Durchführung von Einführungskursen, der Lehrabschlussprüfungen und die Weiterbildung der Berufs- und Hilfsarbeiter und der Unternehmer des Schreinergewerbes im Gebiete der Schreinermeisterverbände Winterthur, Zürcher Unterland und Andelfingen sowie weiterer Regionen. Die Genossenschaft erstellt und unterhält an der Deisrütistrasse 7 in Oberohringen ein Ausbildungszentrum für Schreiner. Die Genossenschaft kann zu diesem Zweck Grundstücke und Rechte an Grundstücken erwerben oder veräussern sowie Liegenschaften verwalten und vermieten. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt keine Erwerbszwecke.
