Company Purpose

Die Genossenschat bezweckt den preisgünstigen, gemeinschaftlichen Wohnungsbau für ihre Mitglieder, unter Ausschluss jeder spekulativen Absicht. Die Genossenschaft ist politisch und konfessionell neutral. Sie erstellt und vermitet preisgünstige Wohnungen an ihre Mitglieder. Sie kann zu diesem Zweck Grundstücke erwerben erwerben und belasten. Sie hält ihre Gebäude in gutem baulichem Zustand und erneuert sie periodisch. Wohnraum und Zahl der Benützer sollen in einem angemessenen Verhältnis zueinander stehen. Sie kann sich an Unternehmen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen und die Mitgliedschaft bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Baugenossenschaften erwerben.
