Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung, ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen und diesen dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen. Die Genossenschaft erstellt und vermietet preisgünstige Wohnungen auf Basis der Kostenmiete an ihre Mitglieder. Sie kann zu diesem Zweck Grundstücke erwerben, belasten und veräussern. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmungen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen und die Mitgliedschaft bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Baugenossenschaften erwerben.
