Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen und diesen dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen, um selbstverwaltete, sichere und gemeinschaftliche Wohn- und Lebensformen zu verwirklichen. Im Sinne einer gemischten Nutzung kann die Genossenschaft einzelne Räume / Ateliers auch für gewerbliche Zwecke zur Verfügung stellen. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Genossenschaft erstellt, vermietet und verkauft preisgünstige Wohnungen und/oder Gewerberäume in erster Linie an ihre Mitglieder; kann zu diesem Zweck unbebaute und bebaute Liegenschaften und Baurechte erwerben, belasten und veräussern.
