Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu vermitteln und diesen dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Genossenschaft erstellt und vermietet preisgünstige Wohnungen in erster Linie an ihre Mitglieder. Sie kann zu diesem Zweck Grundstücke, Liegenschaften und Baurechte erwerben, belasten und veräussern.
