Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Beschaffung und Betreibung eines Landmaschinenparks zur entgeltlichen Nutzung durch die einzelnen Genossenschafter sowie weiteren Personen und Institutionen sowie die Beratung von landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben im Einsatz von landwirtschaftlichen Geräten und Einrichtungen. Die Genossenschaft kann ihre Tätigkeit auf dem Weg der Statutenrevision auch auf andere Gebiete ausdehnen. Die Erzielung eines Geschäftsgewinnes ist nicht beabsichtigt.
