Company Purpose

Bau und Vermietung von Wohnungen zu erschwinglichen Preisen in der Gemeinde Kilchberg; im Vordergrund steht die Beschaffung von Wohnraum für junge Kilchberger; ein Teil des Wohnungsangebotes soll dem Sinn des "Altersstöckli" dienen, damit Familienwohnungen wiederum jungen Kilchbergern zur Verfügung gestellt werden können; der Verkauf der Häuser mit Spekulationsabsichten ist nicht gestattet.
