Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, ihren Mitgliedern gesunde Wohnungen zu günstigen Bedingungen zu vermieten. Sie sucht diesen Zweck insbesondere zu erreichen durch guten Unterhalt und zeitgemässe Modernisierung ihrer Wohnhäuser. Die Wohnungen werden in der Regel an berufstätige oder sich in Ausbildung befindende, alleinstehende Frauen vermietet. Die Wohnungen dürfen nicht für Erwerbszwecke genutzt werden. Die Bereitstellung einzelner gewerblicher Räume ist nur zulässig, soweit sie im Interesse der Mieterschaft liegt.
