Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, sich im Falle von Wohnungsbedarf auf gemeinnützige Weise am Bau von Wohnungen zu beteiligen und zur Förderung von preisgünstigem, gemeinnützigem Wohnungsbau beizutragen; diese wird erreicht durch eine auf dem Grundsatz der gegenseitigen Selbsthilfe aufgebauten Vereinigung, in der Hauptsache von Bauhandwerkern sowie dem Bauhandwerk zuarbeitenden Branchen; sie bezweckt, diesen durch Erwerb, Ueberbauung, Verwaltung und Verwertung von Liegenschaften oder durch Entgegennahme von Bestellungen auf Bauarbeiten Arbeit zu beschaffen, um dadurch den Mitgliedern zu erleichtern, ihren Arbeitnehmern einen Arbeitsplatz zu erhalten; kann sich auch an Unternehmen im Gebiet des Bauhandwerks beteiligen.
