Company Purpose

Bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern und Mietern preisgünstige Wohnungen des sozialen, allgemeinen und freien Wohnungsbaues im Gebiet "Fälmis" in Richterswil-Samstagern zu verschaffen; bei Bedarf ist auch die Errichtung von Bauten für gewerbliche Nutzungen möglich; sucht diesen Zweck insbesondere zu erreichen durch den Abschluss eines Baurechtsvertrages mit der politischen Gemeinde Richterswil zwecks Überbauung der entsprechenden Liegenschaft "Im Fälmis" mit Mehrfamilienhäusern sowie Bauten für gewerbliche Nutzungen und die Vermietung der Wohnungen zu günstigen Mietpreisen.
