Company Purpose

Bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum bzw. Gewerberäume zu vermitteln und diese dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen; erstrebt Gewinn nur soweit dies zur Zweckerfüllung und Existenzerhaltung notwendig ist. Die Förderung des gemeinnützigen Wohnungsbaus erfolgt insbesondere durch: Erwerb von geeigneten Grundstücken, Erwerb von Liegenschaften, Erwerb von Baurechten, Erstellen von Wohnungen und Einfamilienhäusern, zeitgemässen Unterhalt und Erneuerung der bestehenden Bauten, Vermietung von Wohnungen bzw. Einfamilienhäusern an ihre Mitglieder, wobei Wohnraum und Zahl der Benutzer in einem angemessenen Verhältnis zueinander stehen sollen.
