Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern zeitgenössische und preiswerte Wohnungen zu verschaffen. Die Genossenschaft sucht ihren Zweck zu erreichen: durch Erwerb von Land, Erwerb von Baurechten und den Bau von Wohnhäusern; durch Vermietung der Wohnungen an die Mitglieder; Eine Veräusserung zu der der Genossenschaft gehörenden Liegenschaften, Grundstück-Nr. 586, Beundenring BR ZL 23, Wohnhaus Nr. 8, 10 + 12, darf nur ganz ausnahmsweise und unter Ausschluss jeglicher Spekulationsabsicht stattfinden. Die Genossenschaft unterhält ihre Gebäulichkeiten stets in gutem baulichen Zustand. Die Genossenschaft ist politisch und konfessionell neutral, unterstützt jedoch alle Bestrebungen zur Förderung des genossenschaftlichen Wohnungsbaus.
