Company Purpose

Zweck der Genossenschaft ist, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe Liegenschaften mit preisgünstigen Wohnungen und Gewerberäumen, die der Spekulation dauernd entzogen bleiben sollen, zu beschaffen, zu erhalten und zu vermieten. Die Genossenschaft kann alle Geschäfte tätigen, welche mit dem vorgenannten Zweck direkt oder indirekt im Zusammenhang stehen oder ihn zu fördern geeignet erscheinen. Dazu zählt insbesondere auch der Erwerb von Grundstücken und Baurechten sowie die Übernahme von juristischen Personen, die sich in die vorerwähnte Zielsetzung integrieren lassen.
