Company Purpose
Production de malts de qualité issus de céréales de la région pour les brasseries et autres transformateurs de la région; promotion de la production l'orge brassicole, ainsi que d'autres matières premières brassicoles, dans la région; encouragement de la collaboration entre les différents acteurs de la filière du malt; coordination de la culture de céréales brassicoles et accompagnement des membres producteurs dans les aspects techniques; amélioration de la qualité du malt par valorisation des retours d'expérience des brasseurs; recherche d'un système de production du malt et d'une filière brassicole respectueux de l'environnement (cf. statuts pour but complet).
