Company Purpose
Der Verein bezweckt, Menschen, welche ihre diakonische Berufung im Sinne des Schweizerischen Diakonievereins (SDV) leben wollen, zu sammeln, auszubilden und zu begleiten; die Ausübung diakonisch-gemeinnütziger Tätigkeiten, unter anderem die stationäre und ambulante (Spitex) Pflege und Betreuung sowie die Führung verschiedener Betriebe und Unternehmungen.Der Verein DiakonieNidelbaddient in allen seinen Tätigkeiten dem Wohl der Allgemeinheit und verfolgt ausschliesslich gemeinnützige Zwecke. Der Verein Diakonie Nidelbad verfolgt seinen Zweck in Verbindung mit dem Schweizerischen Diakonieverein. Die Wahrnehmung der geistlichen Verantwortung erfolgt im Rahmen der Vorgaben durch den Schweizerischen Diakonieverein.
