Company Purpose
Die Stiftung unterstützt Institutionen und Privatpersonen, die in der Schweiz im Bereich Tierhilfe, Tier- und Artenschutz tätig sind. Sie unterstützt in Noffällen die Behandlung und die Aufnahme von verletzten oder heimatlosen Wild- und Haustieren. Die Stiftung kann im Sinne des Stiftungszwecks Betriebe führen und mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Institutionen Kooperationen eingehen oder fusionieren, wenn dies aus gesamtheitlicher, objektiver Betrachtung Sinn macht und für die Stiftung von Vorteil ist. Die Stiftung kann Liegenschaften erwerben, veräussern, belehnen und mieten.
