Company Purpose

Die Stiftung hat den Zweck, an die Erhaltung von Naturlandschaften und baugeschichtlich und kulturhistorisch wertvollen Objekten im Kanton Appenzell Ausserrhoden Beiträge zu leisten sowie ähnliche Zwecke von öffentlichem Interesse zu unterstützen, für die keine Steuergelder zur Verfügung stehen. Die Stiftung bezweckt ferner, durch die Gewährung von Beiträgen oder den Erwerb von Grundstücken oder Rechten an solchen die freie Natur im Kanton Appenzell Ausserrhoden vor störenden Eingriffen zu schützen; sie fördert insbesondere die Erhaltung von Quellgebieten, Bachläufen, Mooren, Wandergebieten und Aussichtspunkten sowie die Schaffung von Reservaten für die einheimische Pflanzen- und Tierwelt und dergleichen.
