Company Purpose
Zweck des Vereins ist das Unterstützen der Interessen der Mitglieder, insbesondere: a) das Fördern der Entwicklung eines Angebots auf Weltklasse-Niveau an Change Management-Dienstleistungen und Leadership Support-Dienstleistungen auf höchster Ebene; b) das Fördern der Zusammenarbeit der Mitglieder und deren Zusammenhalt; c) die Initiierung und Überwachung der Forschung in Belangen von gemeinsamem Interesse; d) die Initiierung und Überwachung von gemeinsamen Programmen, um die Dienstleistungen derMitglieder zu vermarkten; und e) die Stärkung des Rufes des Vereins und seiner Mitglieder.
