Company Purpose

Beschaffung, Übertragung und Verteilung von elektrischer Energie für privaten, industriellen und öffentlichen Bedürfnisse sowie Erstellung, Unterhalt und Erweiterung der dazu notwendigen Anlagen auf Netzebene 5 und 7 im Versorgungsgebiet der Genossenschaft sowie Erbringung von weiteren damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Dienstleistungen an die Mitglieder und Endverbraucher im Versorgungsgebiet der Genossenschaft in den Einwohnergemeinden Boswil und Bünzen zu möglichst preiswerten und wirtschaftlichen, jedoch minimal kostendeckenden Bedienungen; kann auch ausserhalb des eigenen Versorgungsgebietes elektrische Energie abgeben und Dienstleistungen erbringen, Liegenschaften und Grundstücke erwerben oder sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen.
