Company Purpose
Bezweckt, von einem überregionalen Verteiler (EKZ) die notwendige Energie gesamthaft zu beziehen mit dem ausschliesslichen Recht, das Ortsgebiet Rümikon gemäss Versorgungsplan mit elektrischer Energie zu versorgen und der Pflicht, den Strombezügern einen möglichst günstigen Stromtarif zu gewähren.
