Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern einen guten Empfang der angebotenen TV- und Radio Programme, einen guten Zugang zum Internet und zur Telefonie über das Kommunikationsnetz, sowie alle damit im Zusammenhang stehenden Dienste zu vermitteln. Dazu erstellt und betreibt die Genossenschaft die notwendigen Netze, Leitungen und Anlagen, oder schliesst sich an bestehenden Anlagen an. Das Tätigkeitsgebiet ist territorial grundsätzlich begrenzt auf die Bauzonen der Stadt Maienfeld und der Gemeinde Jenins; vollständige Zweckumschreibung gemäss Statuten.
