Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern einen qualitativ hochstehenden Empfang in- und ausländischer Fernseh- und Radioprogramme zu verschaffen sowie Internet- und Telefonie-Dienstleistungen anzubieten. Sie errichtet und unterhält das dazu notwendige Kabelnetz und kann ihren Genossenschaftern Beratungs- und Servicedienstleistungen anbieten. Die Signalbeschaffung für die TV- und Radioprogramme bzw. die Internet- und Telefoniedienstleistungen können ab einer eigenen Antennenanlage erfolgen oder von einem Signallieferanten bzw. von Internet- und/oder Telefonprovider nach den Spezifikationen der Genossenschaft bezogen werden.
