Company Purpose
La Fondation a pour but l'exploitation d'un établissement médico-social pour personnes âgées, sous la dénomination "EMS intercommunal Christ-Roi", dans des locaux propriété des Communes de Crans-Montana, Icogne et Lens (ci-après les communes fondatrices). La Fondation développera son but, dans le respect de la dignité des personnes âgées, en priorité pour les personnes domiciliées sur les communes fondatrices. Elle exercera également son activité, dans la mesure des places disponibles et le respect des conditions fixées pour leur entrée, auprès d'autres personnes âgées domiciliées en Valais ou en Suisse. La Fondation a un but idéal.
