Company Purpose

1. La fondation a pour but de venir en aide aux personnes présentant des troubles psychiques durables, et en particulier de soutenir la Fondation DOMUS (CHE-109.812.105), à Ardon, dans ses activités. 2. Le fondateur se réserve expressément la possibilité de requérir la modification du but de la fondation conformément à I'article 86a CC. 3. La Fondation ne poursuit pas de but lucratif ou commercial. 4. Si une corporation de droit public est légalement tenue de fournir des prestations analogues à celles de la fondation, celle-ci n'intervient qu'à titre subsidiaire.
