L'acquisto della part. n. 1356 RFD Cevio ora di proprietà dell'Associazione Valmaggese Casa per Anziani, Invalidi Adulti e Aiuto Domiciliare, Cevio. L'attuazione, quale committente, degli ampliamenti e/o riattazioni delle proprie strutture socio sanitarie conformemente alle autorizzazioni e direttive cantonali.
