Company Purpose
La fondazione ha per scopo quello di contribuire, sulle orme e nello spirito di Carl Weidemeyer, allo sviluppo e alla diffusione della cultura architettonica e artistica moderna, attraverso conferenze, dibattiti, pubblicazioni, esposizioni, visite guidate a monumenti, mostre ecc., rispettivamente attraverso concorsi d'idee, borse o premi a giovani architetti ed artisti o altri analoghi incentivi alla creatività. Può pure rientrare nello scopo l'adozione o il sostegno di iniziative vertenti su temi legati specificamente all'opera di Carl Weidemeyer, come il restauro e la nuova destinazione del Teatro San Materno o propri a definire il ruolo di Weidemeyer nel quadro della vita culturale asconese, in particolare la sua relazione coi movimenti del Monte-Verità. La fondazione è di pubblica utilità e non persegue scopi di lucro o commerciali.
