Aiutare direttamente o indirettamente gli ospiti della Casa di Riposo "Solarium" di Gordola, nel più fedele rispetto degli intendimenti dei benefattori. L'attività della fondazione si ispira al pensiero del compianto benemerito sacerdote Don Giovanni Guggia, già prevosto di Gordola e fondatore della Casa di Riposo Solarium. La fondazione non ha scopo di lucro ed è di pubblica utilità.
