Company Purpose
La Fondazione organizza in proprio o per il tramite dell'Associazione Gruppo Urani di Boffalora, manifestazioni ricreative, benefiche, culturali e, in generale, di interesse per la comunità di Chiasso, sussidia, in denaro o con prestazioni in natura, altre società locali aventi egualmente scopi di interesse pubblico ma non economico. Per il raggiungimento dello scopo, la Fondazione si è dotata dell'infrastruttura logistica oltre che di una proprietà immobiliare in via Sottopenz 33 a Chiasso. La Fondazione autorizza l'Associazione Gruppo Urani Boffalora a gestire la proprietà immobiliare al fine del raggiungimento dello scopo.
