Company Purpose
Aider les membres du personnel de la fondatrice et des entreprises en Suisse qui lui sont associées à faire face aux conséquences économiques qui peuvent découler de la retraite, de l'invalidité, du décès, de la maladie, d'accidents. Pour atteindre son but, la fondation peut verser des prestations au travailleur en cas de vieillesse, de maladie, d'accident ou d'invalidité de sa propre personne. L'aide apportée a un caractère bénévole et n'est pas constitutive de droit acquis. Pour atteindre son but, elle peut souscrire des contrats d'assurance; elle est alors preneuse d'assurance et bénéficiaire. Elle peut intervenir dans le cadre de la prévoyance professionnelle obligatoire du personnel de la fondatrice réalisée auprès d'une autre institution de prévoyance en finançant des charges n'incombant pas règlementairement à l'employeur.
