Company Purpose
Soutenir les membres du personnel de la société British American Tobacco Switzerland SA, en activité ou pensionné, qui connaissent de sérieuses difficultés financières ou personnelles. Les normes pour l'octroi d'une aide peuvent être fixées dans un règlement adéquat élaboré par le Conseil de fondation. Celui-ci peut à tout moment modifier ce règlement dans le cadre des dispositions fixant le but de la fondation. Le règlement, ses modifications ou son abrogation doivent être communiqués à l'Autorité de surveillance pour approbation. La Fondation peut également contribuer financièrement à l'octroi de prestations d'organisme à vocation social comme Caritas ou d'un autre organisme agréé par le Conseil de fondation.
