Company Purpose
Erhaltung des Vorsorgeschutzes durch die Anlage und Verwaltung von entgegengenommenen Vorsorgegeldern der zweiten Säule gemäss den einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Die Stiftung gilt als Freizügigkeitseinrichtung im Sinne von Art.10 Abs.3 der Verordnung über die Freizügigkeit in der beruflichen Alters-, Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenvorsorge (Freizügigkeitsverordnung, FZV). Sie kann weitere Stiftungen mit gleicher oder ähnlicher Zielsetzung errichten oder sich als Mitstifterin an solchen beteiligen.
