Company Purpose
Schaffung von preisgünstigen, der Spekulation entzogenen Mietwohnungen und Wohneigentum auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage und ohne irgendwelche Gewinnabsichten, hauptsächlich für ihre Mitglieder, durch Erwerb von geeignetem Bauland, Erstellen von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern, Kauf und Verkauf von Häusern, Vermietung von Wohnungen (oder anderer Lokalitäten) zu möglichst stabilen Mietpreisen, und Errichtung sozialer Einrichtungen auf Grundstücken der Genossenschaft oder in deren Nähe.
