Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu vermitteln. Dabei liegt der Fokus prioritär bei älteren (60+) Personen. Dazu erstellt und unterhält sie Bauten für den alters- und behindertengerechten Wohnungsbau, einschliesslich der Altersfürsorge dienende Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen. Sie kann zu diesem Zweck Grundstücke erwerben und veräussern. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen und die Mitgliedschaft bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Baugenossenschaften erwerben.
