Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, preisgünstige Wohnungen, insbesondere Alterswohnungen, zu erstellen, zu vermieten und diese dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen. Die Genossenschaft kann in gemeinnütziger Weise Betreuungs- und Pflegeleistungen, inkl. Unterstützung im Haushalt, für Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen und Dritte anbieten. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmungen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen und die Mitgliedschaft bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Baugenossenschaften erwerben.
