Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinnütziger Weise betagten und/oder minderbemittelten Einwohnern von Turbenthal Kleinwohnungen zu günstigen, kostendeckenden Mietzinsen zu verschaffen. Sind nicht genügend Mietinteressenten aus der Gemeinde Turbenthal vorhanden, können Wohnungen auch an auswärtige Interessenten vermietet werden.
