Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihrer Mitglieder die Erstellung und den Betrieb eines Lagergebäudes für die Lagerung (Überwinterung) und Überholung von Segel- und Sportbooten aller Klassen. Freier Raum kann auch anderweitig vermietet werden. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke erwerben, verkaufen und belasten sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, welche geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern oder zu erleichtern. Sie kann sich an anderen Gesellschaften beteiligen.
