Company Purpose

Genossenschaft ist eine Vereinigung von Eigentümern von Stockwerkeigentumswohnungen in der Benglen/Fällanden und bezweckt im Interesse ihrer Mitglieder die Verwaltung und die Bewirtschaftung der Liegenschaft Kataster Nr. 2699 in der Buechwies in der Benglen/Fällanden. Diesen Zweck sucht sie insbesondere zu erreichen durch angemessenen Unterhalt der Liegenschaft und/oder deren Bebauung mit Objekten, die den Mitgliedern und weiteren Stockwerkeigentum in der Benglen bewohnenden Personen offen stehen. Die Genossenschaft Buechwies kann sich an sozialen Aufgaben im Quartier Benglen beteiligen.
