Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohn- und Arbeitsraum zu vermitteln, welcher durch gemischte Gemeinschaften von innovativen und kulturell interessanten Nutzern/Nutzerinnen belebt wird. Die Genossenschaft vermietet und verkauft preisgünstige Arbeits- und Wohnräume in erster Linie an ihre Mitglieder. Sie kann zu diesem Zweck Liegenschaften kaufen, im Baurecht erwerben und mieten. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig.
