Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft schafft günstigen Wohnraum und stellt langfristigen Atelierraum für Kultur-, Kunstschaffende und kreatives Kleingewerbe zur Verfügung. Sie fordert und fördert einerseits den Gemeinschaftsgedanken in allen Belangen, welche für die Gemeinschaft der Nutzer:innen von Interesse sind und bietet andererseits die Selbstverwaltung der einzelnen Nutzer:innen-Parteien soweit sie nicht dem Gemeinschaftsinteresse widerspricht.
