Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe die Förderung der Produktion, des Absatzes und des Verbrauchs von Energieholz und anderen Holznutzungen in der Region Pfannenstiel. Sie kann insbesondere ein Energieholzzentrum mit einem umfassenden Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsangebot auf der Grundlage des Waldentwicklungsplanes für die Region Pfannenstiel Süd betreiben, das auch als regionales Informations- und Schulungszentrum sowie als Kompetenzzentrum für die Bewirtschaftung der zugehörigen Wälder dient. Die Genossenschaft arbeitet mit den Regionsgemeinden, dem Forstdienst und den Trägern der Waldbewirtschaftung sowie der Holzvermarktungsbranche zusammen. Die Genossenschaft kann Liegenschaften erwerben, bewirtschaften, mieten, vermieten sowie veräussern, sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen und Baurechte erwerben.
