Company Purpose

Erwerb, Bewirtschaftung und Verwaltung von Wohnungs- und Hauseigentum, um dieses der Jugendmusikschule Frauenfeld zur zweckgebundenen und möglichst günstigen Benützung zu überlassen. Die Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnorientiert. Sie kann ausserdem Tätigkeiten ausüben wie Kauf von Bauland und Gebäuden oder Abschluss von Baurechtsverträgen, Vermittlung und Verwaltung von Wohnungen und Häusern, Inanspruchnahme der vom Bund, den Kantonen und Gemeinden angebotenen Massnahmen zur Förderung und Verbilligung des Wohnungsbaues sowie Erwerb von Wohnungs- und Hauseigentum gemäss Art. 34 sexies der Bundesverfassung.
