Company Purpose
Bereitstellen von Wohnraum zu günstigen Mietzinsen, durch Beschaffung von geeignetem Bauland zu Eigentum oder im Baurecht der Genossenschaft, Bau oder Erwerb von soliden, zweckmässigen Wohnhäusern und Vermietung der Wohnungen zu möglichst günstigen Mietzinsen, Förderung eines attraktiven Einkaufsangebotes im Dorf Niederwil unter Wahrung eines fairen Wettbewerbes, Förderung kultureller Bestrebungen im Dorf Niederwil. Die Genossenschaft ist eine nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen geführte Selbsthilfeorganisation; sie verfolgt im Sinne ihres Zweckes gemeinnützige Aufgaben und strebt keinen Erwerbszweck an.
