Company Purpose

Betrieb eines zentralen Reifungslagers für Bündner Käse um damit eine technologisch einwandfreie, qualitativ hochstehende und wirtschaftlich optimale Behandlung der Käse während der Reifung zu gewährleisten sowie Erweb der Käserei Landquart zur langfristigen Erhaltung dieses leistungsfähigen Verarbeitungsbetriebes für die Verwertung von Bündner Milch; die Genossenschaft kann sich an milchwirtschaftlichen Organisationen und Unternehmungen beteiligen soweit dies für die Erfüllung des Genossenschaftszweckes wichtig ist.
