Company Purpose
Zweck der Genossenschaft ist es, Kindern mit Wahrnehmungsproblemen, Verhaltensauffälligkeiten und Teilleistungsstörungen eine ihren Bedürfnissen angepasste Schulung auf heilpädagogischer Grundlage anzubieten. Zur Erfüllung dieses Zwecks stellt die Genossenschaft geeignete Schulungsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Sie kann alle damit zusammenhängenden Verbindlichkeiten eingehen, einschliesslich des Erwerbs von Grundstücken und der Beteiligung an anderen Gesellschaften. Die Genossenschaft ist politisch und religiös neutral und verfolgt ihre Ziele auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage, d.h. nicht gewinnorientiert.
