Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe den Betrieb des Skilifts im Gebiet Eggberge-Flüelen. Sie kann Sportanlagen und touristische Infrastrukturen aller Art bauen und betreiben. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern oder damit im Zusammenhang stehen.
