Company Purpose
Qualitätssteigerung des Zentrums von Hochdorf sowie Schaffung von attraktivem Raum für Wohnen und Arbeiten im Interesse ihrer Mitglieder, des Gemeinwohls und der Hochdorfer Bevölkerung; kann dazu insb. Grundstücke in der Zentrumszone sichern, entwickeln, erwerben, und/oder in einem Gesamtkonzept neu überbauen (lassen), veräussern oder nutzen; strebt insbesondere ein attraktives Zentrum von Hochdorf an, wobei sich die Attraktivität sowohl auf das Ortsbild als auch auf das Angebot von Handels- und Dienstleistungsgewerbe beziehen soll; Erwerb oder Veräusserung von Grundstücken oder Immobiliengesellschaften sowie Bau, Erwerb, Verwaltung oder Vermietung von Häusern; Verkauf von Grundstücken oder Teilen davon; Beteiligungen.
