Company Purpose

Förderung und Beschaffung von preisgünstigen Wohnungen im Miteigentumsverhältnis auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage, im Sinne der kantonalen Wohnbauförderungsverordnung und des eidgenössischen Wohnbau- und Eigentumsförderungsgesetzes (WEG). Förderung des sozialen Wohnungsbaues in der Absicht, den Mitgliedern oder Dritten möglichst billige Wohnungen zur Verfügung zu stellen und diesen dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen, um selbstverwaltete, sichere und gemeinschaftliche Wohnformen zu verwirklichen. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebig.
